Currently, residents of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Wyoming are not permitted to use the genetic risk calculation features in this website without the consultation of a healthcare professional as outlined in the Service agreement.

Residents of New York are unfortunately not permitted to use the calculation features at all.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct information since we do not have the technical means to verify residency.

Access to genetic risk results restricted until you associate yourself to a registered deCODEhealth healthcare professional through your deCODEme account settings.

You connect yourself to a healthcare provider (HCP), physician or other, by asking your HCP to sign up at deCODEhealth. Once that is done you can either place your scan order through the HCP’s account on deCODEhealth, or through deCODEme. If you order through deCODEme you can associate yourself with an HCP later on through your deCODEme account settings.

To associate yourself with an HCP you log into your deCODEme account and find the HCP tab in the account settings. You then find your HCP in our public on-line healthcare provider registry.
