Hello everyone!

My scores are on the chromosomes 1-22 (91 % European, 7% East Asian and
2 % African) , but the chromsome x shows something quite different:
(European 86 %, 9 % East Asian and 5 % African)

Now my question is : Does ,for example, 9 % East Asian tell that I
have some further Asian ancestors on my mothers side?
I have to tell I´m a layman to genetics and further explanation of these results
would be appreciated.

Lots of greetings !

D.

I think I read somewhere that the threshold here is set highly for Asian scores so it's typicl for Europeans to get some amount of Asian. In contrast I think 23andme are too strict and those who do have Asian/Native American but in small amounts are not being picked up!

Light blue are the public friends, dark blue are private friends. It just means the public users of deCODEme cannot see your private friends, only you can.
