Hello guys, i really want to know what ethnic groups score highest genetic similarity scores with sub saharan africans (like nigerians and bantu kenyans), and how much do they score in percent.
If somebody could make me a list like 5 or 10 top matches, that would be greate.
Thank you very much for your time. |

| @ Littlebit - are you sure that you have the decimal point in the right place? I can't get results like that, no matter how I fiddle around with the segment size thing. |

These look like Genetic Atlas scores not scores from the comparison page. |

Ok, looking at the comparison with individuals pages:
at 1mb on comparison with reference individuals pages:
Bantu Kenya share 2.5, Hi 0.0
mandeka share 3.0, Hi 0.0
yorba share 3.0, Hi 0.1
bantu s.a share 3.3, Hi 0.1
biaka pigmy share 2.0, Hi 0.1
mbuti pigmy share 1.8, Hi 0.1
are people getting any High sharing scores on comparisons they are otherwise low sharing with?
I guess I'll post my interest in the Americas matches here too, as I have gotten no response with this as a separate post:
What would be the significance that I have low overall sharing with the, I assume, Native populations of the Americas, but a high sharing of 0.1% with each of these sample individuals. I show with Pima, Maya, Columbian, Karitiana, Surui individuals, matching overall at 9.1-10%, but a high matching with each of these sample individuals at 0.1%?
There is a family tradition of one or more Native American, (US) ancestors up to around 300 years ago.
What do other people show as their matching with the sample individuals (go to ancestry results, go to genetic atlas, click on the Americas, then click on each group to get a comparison with an individual.) |
